Chicken Chilorio is a spicy Mexican dish. Traditionally made from pork, now also very popular with chicken or turkey. The meat is gently fried with a flavorful mix of dried chilis and spices. Delicious on its own, or combined with eggs, potatoes, or as a filling for puff pastry with cheese, versatile and tasty.
Use: Simply heat the contents of the jar and enjoy as desired. Tip: For a more intense flavor, lightly fry in a little oil.
