Cilantro Dressing with Jalapeño Salt

Add a burst of flavor to your favorite meals with this cilantro and jalapeño salt dressing. It’s easy to make, full of herbal freshness, and has just the right touch of heat.

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves (washed, thick stems removed)
1/4 garlic clove (optional)
1 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp jalapeño salt (adjust to taste)
Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:
  1. Blend the yogurt, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and jalapeño salt until smooth.
  2. If the dressing is too thick, add a splash of water.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed – done!
 

Tips:

  • No fresh limes? No problem! You can use our lime powder – just mix it with a bit of water for a real, natural lime taste without any additives.
  • Keeps well in the fridge for 2–3 days. Also great as a dip or sauce for grilled meats or veggies.
