2-3 tbsp Salsa Macha Mix
125-180 ml hot oil (approx. 180°C)
2-3 tbsp Chile de Árbol Paste
Salt to taste
1. Place the Salsa Macha Mix in a heat-resistant bowl.
2. Pour the hot oil over the mix and let it sit for a few minutes to release the flavors.
3. Stir in the Chile de Árbol Paste until you reach your desired spice level.
4. Adjust the salt to taste – and you're done!
