With our Salsa Macha Mix, a blend of dried Guajillo and Pasilla chili flakes seasoned with onion, garlic, and salt, you can prepare a delicious Salsa Macha in just minutes. To turn up the heat, simply add our Chile de Árbol Paste to your preferred spice level. Perfect for anyone who loves bold flavors!

Ingredients:

2-3 tbsp Salsa Macha Mix

125-180 ml hot oil (approx. 180°C)

2-3 tbsp Chile de Árbol Paste

Salt to taste

Preparation:

1. Place the Salsa Macha Mix in a heat-resistant bowl.

2. Pour the hot oil over the mix and let it sit for a few minutes to release the flavors.

3. Stir in the Chile de Árbol Paste until you reach your desired spice level.

4. Adjust the salt to taste – and you're done!
