300 grams of Greek yogurt
60 grams crème fraîche
35 grams ranch spice mix (Mex - Al )
10-20 grams buttermilk (optional - to adjust the consistency)
1. in a large bowl, mix together 300 grams of Greek yogurt, 60 grams of crème fraîche and 35 grams of ranch spice blend (Mex-Al brand) until well blended and smooth.
2. if the dressing is too thick, add 10 to 20 grams of buttermilk to achieve the desired consistency.
Tip: Adding more buttermilk will give you a runnier dressing that is great for salads.
3 Cover the bowl and chill the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend well.
