Mayordomo chocolate fondue

Originally from Mexico, cocoa has been a highly appreciated fruit since pre-Hispanic times. The Aztecs considered cocoa as a symbol of abundance. During the Conquest, the Spanish realized the value of cocoa, so they acquired the habit of consuming it just like the Aztecs, with the only difference that they added sugar, which ended up turning it into an unparalleled delicacy. If you feel like trying a dessert made with authentic Mexican Chocolate, here is our recipe for our Mayordomo Chocolate Fondue.
