500 ml whipping cream (without sugar)
250g of MAYORDOMO chocolate
1 tablespoon orange peel
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
1 stick of cinnamon
1 tablespoon corn flour (nixtamalized)
2 tablespoons warm water
2 tablespoons of milk ( optional)
Fresh strawberries and oranges
Pan de muerto
or banana bread
1.In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the whipping cream, orange zest and cinnamon stick.
2.Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the chocolate, stirring constantly.
3.Stir until chocolate is completely dissolved and smooth and free of lumps.
4.Dissolve corn flour in the warm water and gradually whisk into the chocolate mixture.
5.Simmer for a few minutes stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
6.If the consistency is too thick, add the two tablespoons of milk.
7.Remove from heat and add the orange liqueur.
8. For dipping serve with delicious pan de muerto, strawberries and oranges .
