Pineapple Mezcalita

No other drink in the world is given kisses* instead of sips and so here is the recipe for one of our favorite mezcal cocktails. *Unlike many other spirits, mezcal is a distillate with multiple expressions, depending not only on the agave it comes from but also on the soil, mezcal is best sipped a little at a time in what is colloquially known as "besito a besito" (little kiss by little kiss).

Ingredients:

1/2 ananas, pelé, évidé et coupé en tranches
30 ml de mezcal.
1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de chili
1 cuillère à soupe de sirop d'agave
1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de citron vert* 1 cuillère à soupe de sirop d'agave

Preparation:

1. Grill pineapple on the grill, on both sides, approximately 4 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
3. Add pineapple, mezcal, lime powder, top up with ice and blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
4. Pour into glasses with a chili rim and ice to serve.
5. Enjoy with a good snack during the grill.
