Iced coffee has been drunk all over the world for over 100 years. There are endless ways to prepare it and every country has its own recipes for it. Here is our recipe for an iced coffee with cajeta (goat milk caramel) and coffee liqueur. Try it out! We hope you like it!
Ingredients:
1 cup cold coffee
Cajeta (goat milk caramel fudge) to taste
100ml frothed milk
Ice cubes or crushed ice to taste
30ml (1 oz) Don Pancho coffee liqueur
Preparation:
Pour Cajeta into the glass and decorate the innerside of the glass with it.
Now fill ¾ of the glass with ice cubes or crushed ice and add the cup of cold coffee along with the coffee liqueur.
Finally, fill with frothed milk, mix and enjoy.
