For 4 servings:
12 chicken wings or other pieces of chicken meat of your choice
100 grams of "Adobo" Lol-Tun Kochsalsa
3 tablespoons of oil
Salt to taste
Remove the tips of the chicken wings, then rinse with cold water and rub dry.
Marinate the wings in the Adobo and leave in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Place the marinated chicken wings with the marinade in the pan and let everything simmer until the cooking salsa is reduced. Add oil and fry the chicken wings until crispy. Serve with Mexican rice and salad.
