Tequila, whether 100% Agave or mixed, is divided into 5 types based on the time it spends -or doesn't spend- in oak barrels. Why? Because the time spent inside the barrel in contact with the wood is what makes the difference, since it provides the color, aroma and flavor that characterizes the final product.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chili powder (e.g. Tajin)
1 tablespoon agave syrup
1 tablespoon lime powder
30ml Tequila
1 cucumber, seeds and skin removed
½ cup ice
Preparation:
Place cucumber, lime powder, agave syrup
Add the tequila and blend again.
Serve in a Martini glass with chilirim and enjoy
