Brownies with chocolate and corn flour

Over time, chocolate has found its way into our hearts. Drinking hot chocolate has been gathering Mexican families around the table for years, enjoying the sweet tradition of chocolate. In this recipe we offer you the opportunity to prepare delicious gluten-free chocolate brownies from traditional Mexican chocolate bars.


300g Chocolate para mesa (mexican chocolate in blocks)
230g Avocado Pulp 
3 eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 tbsp agave syrup
40g nixtamalized corn flour
40g grated almonds
50g chopped walnuts


Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
Melt the chocolate. Then put it in the mixer with the rest of the ingredients and mix well for about 2 min.
Coat the mold with a little oil and sprinkle with some corn flour. Pour in the mixture. and bake approx. 15 min at 180 degrees. Ready!
