MASA HARINA, BLUE CORNFLOUR for tortillas 20kg sack
Preparation: Mix 1 kg of Naturelo blue corn flour with 1275 ml of warm water (add a little more if necessary). Add a tsp salt and 15ml oil if desired. Knead until you have a smooth, non-sticky dough. Cover with a damp cloth and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Note: Blue nixtamalized corn flour is less flexible than white nixtamalized corn flour. To obtain a pliable dough, replace half the amount of blue flour with white flour.
